We must then receive your returned item/s within 14 days of receiving your request for a return.

 

In the unlikely event an item arrives faulty or damaged, Photograph the issue and TELL US within 24 hours of delivery taking place.

If you decide to return your unwanted items they must be unused and free from damage unless afore mentioned – They must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. This is both the box they came in and the box they were sent in filled with the protective packaging.

 

You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel and not use them. Products should be returned at your cost, securely packaged within fourteen days of receipt of your order.

 

Returned items are the responsibility of the customer and must be returned to us in the original packaging . We will be unable to process your return if unwanted items are returned to us damaged.

 

You are responsible for the cost of returning your items. We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

 

If you receive a faulty or damaged item we will send out a replacement to you as soon as possible. In some cases we may need these items to be returned to us and will arrange for any damaged or faulty items to be collected where necessary. We will also require photographic evidence of the products and packaging. Please do not dispose of damaged or faulty items or their packaging unless advised to do so by us.

 

Once we have received your return we will process your refund minus any courier charges or if you have requested one release your exchange.

 

Please Note. Your refund may take 5-7 days to show in your account but sometimes can take longer. All returns will be QC checked before returns are issued.
